The SeaShuttle project of Samskip and, since April this year, technology company Ocean Infinity, will receive nearly USD 16 million in funding from the Norwegian state. Originally announced in 2019 (DL 01/19 refers), in its current form it will see two hydrogen-powered, remote-controlled and autonomous ready containerships delivered by 2025 for deployment between Oslo Fjord and Rotterdam.
