The Vietnamese government plans to spend USD 24 million on upgrading Terminal 1 in Quy Nhon, to enable it to serve two 4,000 TEU ships simultaneously, instead of just one vessel of 2,000 TEU. The work involves expanding the quay length by 35 metres to 480 metres and is expected to be completed in 2023.
